I lost 21lbs but I still have trouble losing fat on the back of the arms, stomach, back, back of the legs. I have been doing cardio, arms and legs workouts but it's not working. What should I do?
what type of cardio are u doing? try jump roping,mountain climbers, suicides. try doing tri set for your triceps- dumbbell extensions,dumbbell kickbacks, cable press downs,bench dips aim for 10reps back to back then rest . for your back u can do pull ups if u can't u can do standing lat pull downs& reverse standing cable row also do good morning for your lower back. hope this helps good luck

I would say from the photo that you sent, plus the amount of weight loss, that you definitely are on the right track. If exercise alone isn't burning enough fat cells, maybe a low-carb diet might help? It could make your metabolism convert those unwanted places for energy.
