So I worked with a personal trainer today and he kicked my butt, which is great! I've worked with a personal trainers roughly 5 times and have been pretty much unable to move for the next few days. I'm already soar and it hasn't even been two hours. Tomorrow, I have to give a demonstration for my absolute DREAM job as a dance instructor, so I can't be completely cripple! In fact, I need to be able to go as full out as I can! If anyone has suggestions for really effective stretches that they use, that would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
A soak in a hot bath followed by a good sleep will give the body back on track. Good luck for your interview.
Swimming in the cold water at the beach is like performance enhancing drugs for sore muscles.
Or if ur not that professional, when your in the shower, switch between completely cold water 2 min or so, then back to warm water on the parts that are sore.
This does wonders, especially for legs. Hamstrings, quads, calves. Oh and stretch stretch stretch.
