A lot of people ask "how do I get fit and healthy?". The answer is quite simple... Just get moving. Even a little movement is better than no movement at all. And you don't have to eat salads all day. Make the transition gradual. Have a snack, but in moderation, have a cheat day, pig out, get back on the ball tomorrow! No need to make it complicated... Just move!!
