I work out six days a week, drink water, eat high fiber meals. Why do I see abs forming but fat slowly leaving that area? It's like abs forming on top of But 3 days I focus on resistance training with light cardio, and the other 3 strictly cardio.

Is there sugar or sodium binding in your diet. How is the triceps area of your arms do they sag or are they tight? For women those two spots are tough.
