New to this.
I'm trying to lose weight and build some muscle. I'm not used to working out so I need to start slow but I'm very interested in boxing, does anyone know any good boxing workouts? Or have any advice?
Start slow don't jump right into it you'll mess up your body. Do the same workouts but for small amounts of time and as your body gets used to it go for longer period and keep adding to it. Good luck.
