How much total time should I dedicate to exercise? And whats the typical amount of work out sessions per week?
I have been working out anywhere from 1 to 2 hrs a day, about 4-5 days a week. Some yoga; cardio and exercises on my legs, butt, waist, back and arms; and then maybe an hour of Zumba; some hiking or even walking about 2-3 miles a day. I've been doing this for 2 weeks now.
You should work for as long as you can for starters. Then work your way up to longer times and more intense exercises. You should try to work out atleast three times a week.imo
