I am a sr. in college and gained more than the freshman 15. I wanna be the same weight I was when I started college. I have a really busy schedule this semester and don't have much time to workout and just don't feel like it for the most part. Also I have a hard time eating the healthy foods in the cafeteria as well as avoiding the unhealthy foods that taste so good! Help!

I'm a college student as well and I actually lost weight! Try avoiding fried food and sugary drinks. If you have trouble finding time to workout out it into your schedule like a meeting. Also take the stairs instead of an elevator or take the long way to class.
