I don't know the first thing about dieting or exercise. I am a young diabetic mother. I'm in my third year of college. My junior year of high school I weighed 166. Now I am 220. Needless to say, I'm unhappy. I also have a thyroid condition which aids in weight gain along with the insulin I must take. I don't eat fast food. And I don't drink any soda. I do my best to work out. Take the stairs. Park farther out. Etc. But I'm still not losing weight. Help??
