I'm addicted to running,meditating,and doing exercises for the core but since sports ended I've been slacking off.Slowly gaining weight and my 100m time is getting slower...what do you suggest?hmm😺

same thing happened to me once I got high school . I ended up joining the local( y ). That way I'll have somewhere to go on practice during the winter time.

Schedule it into your schedule if you have to, and when you feel like stopping but know you shouldn't, focus on that goal time in your head.

Running is great, I'm a runner myself. I run the Chicago Marathon every year. You should sign up for small races 5ks 8ks or half marathons to keep your shape and endurance.
