Diet suggestions

So I'm 21 an I work at a local night club in my area.
I'm looking for a diet that would help me lose body fat an tone up. The caveman diet has only started making me gain muscle.
I have no problem gaining muscle but that is not whatI'm trying to do.

When it comes to building muscle that's about your out and less your diet. If you're only interested in slimming down and not toning up, cardio is your friend. Running with interval training, burpees, mountain climbers and squats are all good.

No diet. Just choose healthy food to eat. Make it a lifestyle change. Diets are for temporary weight loss. The weight will come back once the diet is off. Just work out and eat heathier thats enough. It will make you feel better as well. You dont look like you have fat to loose but how would I know its just your face I see lol. But Good luck on whatever pounds you want to shed.
