Im 27 years old and havnt exercised or done any type of workout since high school. Im out of shape and dont know shere to start. Can anyone help with a badic beginners workout routine. I want go build up cardio least and begin building better muscle tone along with bulk. Thank you!
There are lots of great workout routines with this app. Use the filter program for exercises and focus on moderate level weight and dumbbell programs. I would also consider mixing in cardio as well. The better conditioned you are the more effective your weight training will be. I was never a big cardio person but have come full circle and am seeing gains all around as a result.
Ohhh try to do workout videos first to get a hang of some exercises that will be used frequently in a lot of different workouts. Like burpees and planks. Try insanity. I lost 60 pounds with it and I never worked out before I tried it. I was super super out of shape.
