Yes their is.... start a weight training program eat clean 1 gram of protien per pound of bodyweight add 45min of cardio everyday take amino acids and here is the big secret tht most people dnt knw ..ready ? DON'T CUT YOUR CALORIC INTAKE!!!! Find how much calories you need to maintain your current weight make sure tht your intake is clean complex carbs fruits vegetables lean sources of protien healthy fats and adequate amounts of dairy and plenty of water and train hard!!! Thts all!
It's really hard to do that. I suggest going through a bulk stage, then a cut stage.
