I just started my fitness pal just to keep track a log of what I eat and exercise. I would like some friends to follow on it, I only have one! I'm Ducky1102

Tip: if you have an aldis around use it to your advantage. They have ridiculously low prices on product. Just remember to bring your own shopping bags.. and a quarter! You'll see what I mean once you go! Haha
