Well I started my 6 week program 3 weeks ago and last week I tore my ligaments in my ankle now I have to wait before I can exersize again. I am pretty upset about that.
In the meantime eat clean. It stinks but keep a good minset. Let it heal up, and in the meantime don't let your hard work go to waste! I've had a setback every week for the past two or three, but I'm eating clean and doing what I can. Today I'm starting to come down with the sore throat everyone here has been getting. Don't let this time period stop you from reaching your goals!
Sorry to hear that, injuries suck. Make sure you heal compleyely before getting back to work
