Moved to a new place, no place to run. Is skipping OK for cardio? How much is enuff? Should I use ankle weights?
Skipping is one of the best exercises you can do for your body.. in boxing a lot of endurance and speed is required .. and boxers love skipping.. if you are fit I would recommend you to do it till you are exhausted.. remember anything that does not kill you makes you more stronger.. use ankle weights when you are regular with it and gradually increase the numbers . .
