I need more motivation..

hello, I just downloaded this app this morning and I am just checking it out.

I feel like I have this image that I want to look like and isn't perfect. But it will be a big improvement. I am currently 180 pounds and about 5'2" (roughly) I would like to be 130 or so.

I mostly need help with eating. I try to search meal plans but it comes up with all these foods I don't like or never heard of and they're all expensive. I literally want a simple plan like oatmeal for breakfast apple for snack salad with chicken for lunch and so on. Not like calamari with sauteed onions and all those confusing things haha.

If I could get some help/tips/advice it would be great.

I use Taste Of Home. They have several genres. Light and easy, stiff for big dinners and desserts and snacks. And then I just watch my serving sizes. Thats the key in opinion. :) I would be glad to help you out and ne a buddy... my name is Sami. :)

For help with variety of foods check out allthecooks apps. There's low calorie and all sorts of things!
