hello, I just downloaded this app this morning and I am just checking it out.
I feel like I have this image that I want to look like and isn't perfect. But it will be a big improvement. I am currently 180 pounds and about 5'2" (roughly) I would like to be 130 or so.
I mostly need help with eating. I try to search meal plans but it comes up with all these foods I don't like or never heard of and they're all expensive. I literally want a simple plan like oatmeal for breakfast apple for snack salad with chicken for lunch and so on. Not like calamari with sauteed onions and all those confusing things haha.
If I could get some help/tips/advice it would be great.
