Only want to say that I have noticed as it is heading towards the end of january, a lot of you seem to be losing your motivation.
Write on a piece of paper every day one negative and one positive (can be about anything).. do this for as long as you feel down or occasionally as a little pick me up.
One day you will realise that all those negatives are being outweighed by all the positives.
Just smile and maybe someone could be watching and wondering, how are they so happy! :)
Every one has a bad day but there are many more better ones available!

It's drawing to the end of Monday and I am curious to see if everyone can name at least one thing that made them smile.
Mine are two done a shed load of burpees and I got whistled at while on my way to work ;)
