What is a different method of eating healthy if they do not like greens/ veggies!??? :(
The best thing for picky eaters is exposure and seasoning. It took me several months of exposing my daughter to asparagus before she liked it. I never forced her to eat it...just try one bite. Also pair veggies you do not like with ones you do. Find a good seasoning and try it on your veggies. It really does make a difference! Experiment with new veggies or try smoothies and put spinach in them...try the green monster.
