For me the root to results is consistency im looking for some challenges and I want to see the results after a week any suggestions I'll try anything and some motivational competition bring it on lets gitit

I changlle you i like compitetion we can two intense workout a day. whatever workout u do i will do vise verse start tomorrow cause i just finish working out. Do this for a week
