I have been over weight for a while and I'm just ready to be in shape and healthy. Whatever that takes. Hit me up with some motivation.

Try having a balanced diet, watch wat ur eating and do regular exercise!

Maybe this will help?  Write a list for yourself and keep it with you. In your wallet. Or wherever is best for you

Take a picture of your self in your underwear every weigh day (mines a Friday morning) and see the difference in your body shape! Also look back on your first one and think, do I really want to het back to that again??

Its working wonders for me.
