Yes and no. It depends on how sick you are, and what workout you do. Because while working out does build up your immune system, when you are sick there is a fine line between building your immune system and (for lack of a better term) overloading it. I hope that helps. :)

Actually I dnt knw but I do exercise whn sick seems to me it runs its course either way
