I have this bone thing sticking out of my wrist so I can't do full push ups but I try. I also have scoliosis. Both my wrist and my back are holding me back. Stretching is not really helping. Any suggestions? ?

They are trainers that can work around tgat but its really hard to use an app that cant work around that. I have a herniated disk bulging disk and torn meniscus in my left knee I work through the pain as best I can and then take a tylenol ibuprofen regimen on top of my prescription. I just started with thus app before I was using daily work outs its a rainbow color with stick figures it prepped my body for gettung more intense workouts at a slower pace try that maybe?

that's awful oli. i can only imagine living with scoliosis. the only thing i could advise is speaking to a doctor, this seems like a question best suited to a medical professional. good luck:)

I got the same problem with my left wrist I cant even get it in the right Angel to do pushups. But it's an easy fix. Just use pushup handles or do knockle pushups :)
