I have this bone thing sticking out of my wrist so I can't do full push ups but I try. I also have scoliosis. Both my wrist and my back are holding me back. Stretching is not really helping. Any suggestions? ?
that's awful oli. i can only imagine living with scoliosis. the only thing i could advise is speaking to a doctor, this seems like a question best suited to a medical professional. good luck:)
