Morning workouts/stretching?

Good stuff. Im not a morning person so dont do much of it.

I'm not much of a heavy workout person early in the morning but I do opt for taking the dog for a walk( usually 1.5 miles) before going to work(typically I get 4 out of the 5 days in during the weekday)

50mins of cardio every morning

Usually some morning stretches then short run. Morning can be hard to coordinate full workouts before work.
