Work outs :)

Ok so my hubby decided he really wants to work out with me but he doesn't feel comfortable doing a lot of cardio right of the start. (I don't blame him honestly) tonight we did a decent one. I broke a sweat so that's good right? I think a week or so of some of the casual workouts to ease him into it will help a lot for both of us. Especially getting used to waking up early to workout. (More him than myself) I like the workout we did tonight. I think I will save those for our lazy days later on when I need them. lol so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Looking for casual 15 minute yoga Pilates type workouts I think. Some cardio ok (jogging in place, jumping jacks, easy stuff)

Maybe u can find more "manly" type workouts to throw in there.....also some cardio kickboxing.. mayb old school style remember billy banks?
