Leg day today, I had to do drop set squats and leg raises. Feeling those drop sets.

Yep I like to do my working sets, and Then on the last set I'll add weight up to my 5RM and Then max out (this way I can also see if I have gotten stronger) Then take 6-12 pounds off depending on my starting weight. Go to failure. Then repeat till I can do at least 15 reps with the same weight before failing :)

Drop sets are a great tool in a big tool box ...their one tool of many and they are Awesome! Good job keep up the good work
