Hi, I'm Mikayla and I used to be REALLY active when I was 11 and under - I was named the 'fastest' girl at my school - sport was my passion but then the teenage years got to me and I started gaining weight and I'm no longer as fast and fit as I used to be which has actually caused me to cry some nights. I talked to a school councilor with my mom because we were going through some really rough times and she encouraged me to look at the bright side of life. But I just want to be fit and healthy like I used to be.

Hi!If you really want to do something,then do it!You must believe in yourself and when you want to quite,remember why you started!Nobody can't tell you that you can't do something!You know,"Just do it!".Good luck!
