Here people. For anyone wanting to gain strength and size. Squats one set light warm up. Three sets your max 1 to 3 reps. Deadlift 1 set light warm up Three sets your max 1 to 3 reps. Bent over row. 1 set light warm up. Three sets your max 1 to 3 reps. Bench press. 1 set light warm up. 3 sets your max 1 to 3 reps. Military press. 1 set light warm up 3 sets your max 1 to 3 reps. These are good power lifting exercises for strength and muscle gain. Add this In your routine once a week or fortnight for good gains. Take a mate to spot you.
