Hi I m 19 years old and my weight is 94 and hight is 5.8 , sometimes I feal like I cant lose weight yet I so want to , and there is no one who encourage me to lose weight every one just tease me rather then helping me. :(

U can do !!!! I've heard the saying no one will help u no one will nurture u noone will encourage u...so Ive decided y not be tht for others...do unto others as u would hav thm do unto u ... let me tell u something people gonna hate on ya put ya down off and on through your whole life...but your better thn tht..you can lose weight and u will lose weight! And u need support u got it! Keep your head up :-) be encouraged..

Also in saying tht I say ths their are people around u who will encourage u just times we need to look a little closer..I hav a church family and a sister and a few good friends..just look I'm sure there is someone.. if not I'm still here

I was also too healthy once ..its fine just start working out daily n keep a check on ur diet... I used to eat ameal a day dat too fat free.. Diet helps alot.. Have friuts as snacks n if u can totally avoid sugar... Even in coffee take sugarfree no sugar... N do different routines each day do dat ur body doesnt get conditioned. For now dsts all I have to say. All the best.
