What are you waiting for?
You've got the app and the time, why not exercise? If you're just starting out all you need is 10 minutes to do something. Something is always better than nothing. I've seen lists of exercises posted that's 10 minutes. Do them!! For me, multiple short ones are better than one long one. Tomorrow is the start of a new week and a new day. Take advantage if it and make yourself proud. Get moving!
