I heard some ppl squeezing/pulling in their stomach towards the spine such as in plank posture or just any other exercise to make the abs woek as well..
My question is.. if you do that.. how are you suppose to breath naturally?? As your stomach wont be able to rise and fall when breathing
This is taught in yoga as well. You breathe up and out of your chest. Hope that helps. It's been working for me.
Don't try so hard that you throw off your breathing. Just tense up the abs, like you were prepping for a punch to the gut. Also, squeeze your gleutes at the same time to straighten your spine
Yeah you breath with your ribs.. It should be only about inflating the lungs not stomach..
