Someone help me find a work out that I can do daily to lose inches off my tummy and get it tight and give me a booty!
3 set's of 10 jump squats
3 set's of 10 regular squats
2 sets of 5 lunges / each legs
2 set's of 5 lateral leg raises / pulse for 10 sec

To lose inches from the tummy that will come from diet and cardio. For toning of you butt focus on squats, lunges, hip extensions, bridges and dead lifts. There are tons of great exercises on this app for the gluteal(butt) region. As Scotty said check out Erin B. favorite butt programs .
