OK so I am 120lbs 21 5'2 and I want to get to 103lbs... :( I have to may. Thing is every time I get ready to diet I over eat and I don't excersize I'm scared to go over board with this because I struggled with belimia not long ago. Wat are quick ways to lose the weight and do it healthy. ?
