So like the title says, I'm new to this app . I would like some friends who are competitive and who would like to "compete"with me for motivation. My goal is to lose weight and strengthen. Thanks!!

I've started already. I made a cardio workout I'm doing tomorrow with a group of friends. I'm not following a lot of people yet. But I'll be checking profiles to see who did our didn't do their workout and I expect the same of my followers.

Woowww!! Looks intense. I'll try it out once I'm in better shape. I have problems with my wrist so planks and pushups are kind of difficult right now but I'll definitely give it a shot in the future.
