What was your reason for working out
Just getting healthy for my babies
Gain some muscle
Trying to loose the last of the baby weight (he's just turned 1) & to tone up a bit x
Instead of being lazy and procrastinating, I wanted to work out and tone up.
For confidence and health (:

And I wanna get abs
Signed up do complete the Three Peaks of Wales challenge, which is to climb 3 of Wales's highest mountains in one day. I'm climbing in aid of St David's Hospice Care who help families who have members suffering with life threatening illnesses. It's on 28th June.
Longevity man.I'm not getting any younger so I want to be fitter, stronger, for longer.
Improve my health and get into shape. I've been back into my routine for a few months now and can already say that because of my diet and regular exercise, some health problems are gone!!!

With my M.S. and severe depression I have no idea what's ahead. My doing exercises and walking is something I have control over. I was using a cane because of balance issues and now I'm not. I'm going to take advantage of every day that I can. Today I did nearly 5,000 steps I'm patting myself on the back. For me it's a victory.
I am 16 years old. I am really skinny but im exercising for strength. Being skinny means nothing if you arent putting the work in to be healthy. Plus exercise will help me have more strength to fulfil my tasks throughout the day. Like I.e school, work, etc...
I wanted a six pack.
