What was your reason for working out

Tell me what was ur reason or reasons for working out was it because u were to fat to skinny to boney get pushed around wanted to blend right in or etc...

to improve in the sport that requires power and speed especially in combat sports and gain mass

The elders in my family are all overweight and are now facing some crucial health problems due to it so I think of them as a warning. I do not want to be having all those issues by midlife .I'm already prone to diabetes and other health issues due to genetics, I'm 20 now so I need to really step it up if I don't want to go down that road.

I started working out to be more confident, healthy, get my bmi down to normal, prevent the diseases I'm genetically prone to getting later, get thin before graduation, & build some crazy muscle! But not too cray. ;p

I want to live a health life style, eating right, exercising I quit smoking , I quit drinking, I take daily vitamns bio 10 && fish oil && my reason was because I needed a postive lifestlye change and I wanted to re event myself so I also moved to the east coast. .... :-)

Signed up do complete the Three Peaks of Wales challenge, which is to climb 3 of Wales's highest mountains in one day. I'm climbing in aid of St David's Hospice Care who help families who have members suffering with life threatening illnesses. It's on 28th June.

I'm overweight with Type 2 diabetes and need a change. I've had two miscarriages and one stillborn child at 38 weeks and want a chance to have a healthy pregnancy and child. Looking for my rainbow!!

Improve my health and get into shape.  I've been back into my routine for a few months now and can already say that because of my diet and regular exercise, some health problems are gone!!!

With my M.S. and severe depression I have no idea what's ahead. My doing exercises and walking is something I have control over. I was using a cane because of balance issues and now I'm not. I'm going to take advantage of every day that I can. Today I did nearly 5,000 steps I'm patting myself on the back. For me it's a victory.

I am 16 years old.  I am really skinny but im exercising for strength. Being skinny means nothing if you arent putting the work in to be healthy.  Plus exercise will help me have more strength to fulfil my tasks throughout the day. Like I.e school, work, etc...
