What do I Need to do to get bigger muscles? What do you recommend?

Muscle hypertrophy comes from working your muscles for 3-5 sets, 6-12 reps per set at 67% to 85% of your 1 RM max.  For more information check out my topic post on resistant training: maximizing your goals.

The more blood you get into the muscle the more it will grow. Keep in mind that blood and water feeds muscle "hence the pump" so the ole saying you are what you eat comes into play. Eat good clean foods and get a good pump in what ever body part your working and the rest will come easy.
