I dont get in when i do plank my body is in a straight position with contracting the abdomen muscles.. yet i dont feel my abs working at all!!
You could try the walking plank..start with the plank position..lower to on your elbows..hold for a count of 5..back to plank pisition..you could also try alternating hand raises as you hold the plank..tests your upper body strenght/endurance aswel as works your core..I hope the above helps
Lol because your abs arnt working their just contracted...for example flexing your bicep and holding it so you can see it in the mirror..is the bicep working? No..its just contracted..
Extension & contraction..is working the muscle group Hannah..adduction..abduction..
