How much is too much?

So recently I started a super high protein diet. I mean everything I eat is packed with protein. And I add in protein shakes before and after workouts. Now I wanted to know how much is too much? Because I haven't felt any different but I heard there could be bad draw backs. Any help??

Well it is different for every one but it depends on what you all doing and if you need all that protein. If you doing a lot of cardio it would destroy your kidneys and it still will if your taking to much in. As long as you don't have any kidney pain I will go with your ok.
