Goal... Loose 25/30 pounds..advice? Support?

Hey all.
My goal is to loose 25-30 pounds. Any advice, support or anything I'm sure will help! Just starting and not sure exactly where to start or what to do to keep going. I am happy with myself but I am not satisfied with my body. But going to get satisfied ;-)

Try doing zumba class i felt the same way and i have lost 30 lbs. Doing it. But since i have no diet i. Have. Only lost. 30 In a year that i started it a good way to start and now im doing this work outs to tone and lose more weigth

I will take that into consideration thanks. I've lost 32 pounds in this past year then got off track and want to start again ;-)

I lost 25 pounds! First thing in the morning take chromium picolate, fish oil, multivitamin like centrum energy. It will give you energy you need. Never skip breakfast. Start juicing if you don't like veggies! Eat a lot of boil egg and find a good protein shake! Stay active and make good choices. Always have a cheat day! Good luck!
