Goal... Loose 25/30 pounds..advice? Support?
I lost 25 pounds! First thing in the morning take chromium picolate, fish oil, multivitamin like centrum energy. It will give you energy you need. Never skip breakfast. Start juicing if you don't like veggies! Eat a lot of boil egg and find a good protein shake! Stay active and make good choices. Always have a cheat day! Good luck!
