Does the shake weight actually work? I have it but dont use it lol

It's totally awesome. What's even better is that for some reason, it works better when you use it out in public. There's this correlation between the more people around you, and an increase in effectiveness.

Lol no it was a gift ...the sad part is i know a couple ppl who have the ab lounge...whats the perfect push up?

I was given one for a gift too i think it works but its not supper effective as the tv advertise it.lol

Its a good way to become good at a certain movement. So it surely has its use i would say.
