What are some good small goals to start at everyone?!?! Just want to hear you guys ideas ...

Hello, my main goal is to lose 50 pounds by August. But I also sat monthly goals for myself to met. Which is to lose 7 pounds every month until I reach the full 50 :) it is working great for me so far. I have met my goal every month before the end of the month. It feels great. I also take the same 3 pictures at the end of the month to compare the differences. These pictures are for myself though. I would never share them. Good luck on your journey to weight lose!

I started my journey 3 yrs ago. Ive lost 45 pounds. My goal is now to maintain it and tone.
