Any recommendations for a non diary protein supplement? (Plant based)
Sun warrior raw vegan protein. Natural flavor. (I don't like the stevia sweetened vanilla). Its very neutral flavored, kind of like unsweetened batter...I like to blend it with homemade almond milk, 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons PB2 (powdered peanut butter).
It also blends well into my green veggie smoothie.
There are so many options out there, though. I also like hemp protein mixed with a bowl of yogurt and cereal.
