As of this year, I've lost 30+ pounds.
From only watching my calories and running. I dont have time often for the gym on a regular basis.
However, I do play volleyball on Fridays and football on sunday.
Ive notice a huge difference in weight, now I would like to start toning up.
I am 6'1 215lbs
Any ideas, workouts, supplements for me?
I tried p90x a year or so back.
I still have all the dvds and such. Ill dust it off and try again. Thanks.
