They say morning before you eat (fasted cardio in particular) is a really good fat burner. Your body spent all night repairing itself and distributing everything you ate throughout the day to where they need to be. When you wake up and beast, your body burns FAT.
I noticed I lose more weight when I work out at 5 00 @m before breakfast ,

Anytime you can fit it in. Time consuming era. Seems like there not enough of it .
If you already looking as nice as ylemsiric, then you really don't need any time to workout. On the other hand maybe it's her workout timings that make ylemsiric look so great. Chicken or the egg.
My preference is in the morning as it gives you energy to get through the day, kick starts your metabolism so your body will break down fats in your food throughout the day easier and your not all tired and exhausted from a long day :) <3 Tricky
