Which one is better???

I am trying to lose weight (as well as toning) and I've been doing stair master often as a cardio of my choice, but I have told that running is better if you wanna lose weight. I like stair master better but if running is better when it comes to losing weight I'm thinking about running more often..... What do you think?? Which one is better to help lose weight??

Me personally, when I was losing weight, I did so by going on the treadmill for 3 months for as long as I could (started running for 10 mins then gradually went up to 70 mins) 3-4 times a week. I started off at 15 st and went down to 12 st

P.s. I heard swimming is really good cardio! (Its also fun too)

Hmm I see. Thanks for the comment. I hate running but I guess I should give it a try more often. Btw I can't swim lol

Id pick stairs but if you don't like either try jump roping. It's a really great fat burner and it's not as boring as running and its also great for toning your arms
