CARDIO vs WEIGHTS. what is your routine like?

Cardio days on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Weight training Mondays,Wednesdays,&Fridays. Weekend I either rest or do 15-20minutes of some sort.

I put weight on easy and find it hard to lose so I do LISS 2 days a week and HIIT 4 days. Depends on your body type and it's been 12 months and I'm still trying to figure out what works best for me

I'm trying to lose another 10lbs of fat without the muscle loss so I tend to lift heavy. I've found that a high protein low carb diet is taking effect. I really enjoy cardio though so it's more of a case of trying to restrain myself !
