CARDIO vs WEIGHTS. what is your routine like?

Cardio days on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Weight training Mondays,Wednesdays,&Fridays. Weekend I either rest or do 15-20minutes of some sort.

I put weight on easy and find it hard to lose so I do LISS 2 days a week and HIIT 4 days. Depends on your body type and it's been 12 months and I'm still trying to figure out what works best for meĀ

At least you are active. So are u trying to lose weight??or maintain?

I'm trying to lose another 10lbs of fat without the muscle loss so I tend to lift heavy. I've found that a high protein low carb diet is taking effect. I really enjoy cardio though so it's more of a case of trying to restrain myself !
