When targeting your calf muscles, are there any muscle-specific moves other than just calf extensions? Or does more definition just come from other whole-leg moves?

Get on some stairs place your feet on the edge step with your heels off and lift up on your toes and lower down and repeat...this is what is dancers do to help with our releves but it works really well with the calves muscles...also you can do one legged lunges with weights or it needed trx rows for assistance

Thanks! I have the first exercise incorporated into my workout but I'll definitely try and get one legged lunges in too :)

If u watch boxers how they bounce and shuffe there feet is a great form of exercise I do it for about 45-65mins
