I agree with yoga. go to yogadownload.com & search fot jackie cadal Mahrou's gentle hip opener. It's a free 20 mins class. It doesn't only reliefs my hips but my back too. There are some other free classes there that will help too.
Core(front and back strengthening). Pelvic tilts(build up to tilts with arm and leg raises) bridges, abdominal bracing(suck your belly button in and hold.) Planks, bird dogs, superman, back extension and hip extensions.
Squats, lunges(while keeping your core tight.)
Streches(yoga), cat and cow, single or double knee to chest
