I've just started the warrior's diet & added some kettelbell routines to the equation. If anyone had success in weight loss by using either the diet or the kettlebells or both, i'd be glad if he or she would give me some tips.

I've read pavel Russian kettlebell challenge & enter the kettlebell so I know the kettlebell Basics theoretically. But still haven't put it in process!
I've been using kettlebells for over 6 months now. They really helped shape my legs. I love them. They are a good source of cardio as well which is really cool. Please make sure your form is correct. A lot of women start off wrong like I did too. I go to a class offered by my campus btw.
