I am 14 years old and I started working out to be healthy and to stay in shape, but does working out in a very young age is bad for me?
And does going to pro is bad for my age?

As long as you do not do heavy weights you will be fine. Sports activities apply more stress to your body and joints than lifting weights do, as long as you lift properly . Do not sacrifice form for more weight. Remember to eat healthy, give your body the rest it needs between workouts and drink water.

Okay thank you very much, I dont lift weights anyway , but I exercise to be in shape ..

Being in shape has no age limit as long u eat healthy n do the workout correctly and get plenty of rest since ur body need more time to develope then u good.
