What keeps you motivated?

I am just getting over a small bout if depression and am about to get back on board. Took about a week off of working out just kept my diet going. I scored on some wireless headphones and I'm excited to weight lift without worrying about the cord.

I needed something new to keep me entertained and motivated. I normally just do it cause I workout with a friend but all I wanted to do was sleep. Now I'm pumped.

What keeps you revved to workout?

I've got an 'exercise box' where there are many small pieces of paper with advice on it. every time I am going to lay around and do nothing, I better go and pick one. they say 'go walking', 'do sport!', 'tiny up', 'eat a fruit' and such thinks. I'm really doin it then. 
here's the recipe: write everything you won't likely do on pieces of paper. pick at least one every day - hope it will help you too
