I am just getting over a small bout if depression and am about to get back on board. Took about a week off of working out just kept my diet going. I scored on some wireless headphones and I'm excited to weight lift without worrying about the cord.
I needed something new to keep me entertained and motivated. I normally just do it cause I workout with a friend but all I wanted to do was sleep. Now I'm pumped.
What keeps you revved to workout?
